Mió is a family-run traceability-focused coffee farm in Minas Gerais. Leveraging technology, they take pride in being able to provide granular details about their harvests every step of the way.
Instead of the required 20%, Mió strives towards ensuring whatever land they commit to coffee production, an equal amount is held for nature, and the local non-human residents seem very grateful. A recent illustrated survey undertaken by the family and their workers found the area is packed full of beautiful and unusual animals.
